Clinic Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Platform Role

The platform acts as a technology, marketing, and booking intermediary connecting clients with independent clinics. The platform does not provide medical services or advice.

2. Clinic Responsibility

The clinic is solely responsible for consultations, medical advice, treatment decisions, patient suitability, treatment delivery, outcomes, aftercare, and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Accuracy of Information

The clinic confirms that all pricing, treatment descriptions, credentials, and materials are accurate and not misleading.

4. Approval & Removal

The platform may approve, reject, suspend, or remove any clinic at its sole discretion, including for regulatory, quality, or reputational reasons.

5. Payment & Commission

All bookings made through the platform must be paid through the platform. The platform earns commission immediately upon successful payment. Commission is calculated as 15–30% for treatments and custom rates for surgical or advanced procedures. No commission reversals apply after payment has been processed.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are final and subject to the clinic's cancellation and rescheduling policies. The platform does not provide refunds and is not responsible for refund decisions.

7. Payment Handling

The platform processes payments and transfers payouts to the clinic net of commission. Payouts may be delayed in case of disputes, fraud, or compliance issues.

8. Insurance & Indemnity

The clinic must maintain valid professional liability insurance and indemnify the platform against claims arising from treatments, negligence, or regulatory breaches.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is not responsible for treatment outcomes, practitioner conduct, medical decisions, or complications.

10. Termination

The platform may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of terms, expired licences, safety concerns, non-payment, or reputational risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates.
